About This Event
The Austin Chronicle’s 34th Annual Hot Sauce Festival Presented by CapMetro returns to The Far Out Lounge and Stage on Sunday, September 8, from 3-9 pm! Austin’s hottest festival offers attendees a chance to enjoy dozens of tasty hot sauces, live music, and more, while serving as a major fundraiser for Central Texas Food Bank.
Eat the heat and take home your favorite sauces brought to you by:
ATX Hot Sauce, Bindu Bites, Boerne Brand Texas Style Hot Sauce, Castaway Sauce Company, Fantastic Fuego, Freaky Ferments, Fxcking Hot Sauces, Hamigos Hot Sauce, High Seas Provisions, Hill Country Hot Peppers, Klowns On Fire Gourmet Sauces, Mikey V’s Foods, Old Bones Chilli Co., Pretty Thai, SAVIR Foods, Schlotzsky's, Spicy Mion Hot Sauce, Stanky Sauce, Summer Camp Sauces, t0tsauce, Teardrop Pepper Co., Wicked Provisions Hot Sauce, and Yellowbird Hot Sauce!
Try them all and vote on your favorites at the People's Choice booth! Voting closes at 7pm.
In addition to the festival itself, winners of this year's hot sauce competition will be announced on stage during the event with awards for local restaurants, commercial bottlers, and individual participants, along with your vote for People's Choice Awards!
